Return and Refund Policy
If your orthodontist determines that you are not a suitable candidate for Snazzy’s clear aligner program, we will refund your scanning charges in full.
The final outcome is based on several factors including but not limited to the patient’s biology, periodontal care and your adherence to the instructions to be followed as directed by your orthodontist. For that reason, once the treatment has been started, you agree that you shall not be able to claim any refunds.
If you believe you have received a defective product, please call us at +91-9424040016 or send a mail at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a replacement. All of these requests will be reported to our Quality Assurance Team for investigation.
